contract to
conduct an external review of the Regional Transportation Investment
District (RTID) project cost estimates. The team reviewed over 74
projects along the I-5 corridor..
Systems
Consulting, LLC provided senior cost estimating team leaders, office relocation, administration and
management for the RTID project. One
of the core team players, Systems provided professional services which
included utility location, transportation experts, project management, and
office administration. Systems
also secured the project office location, set-up office systems,
information and communication networks, as well as established
project operating plans for the Seattle office.
