to
Tacoma by the
Central Puget Sound
Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit).
Systems'
primary responsibility was to provide Project Controls. Aside from document
control, scheduling, and cost estimating, Systems was also
responsible for administration, bid package assembly, quality assurance
plan development and permitting. Systems
reports directly to the Project Manager and acts as liaison to other
subconsultants for bill processing and EEO/MWBE accounting.
